What LexHouse records about use

LexHouse keeps records of how the service is used, to keep it working and to improve it: an action's name, its time, its outcome, the user's role, and a code that identifies a person only within your organisation's workspace. Never what was typed, read, uploaded or sent. Raw records are kept 180 days and weekly counts 24 months. They are deleted with your organisation's data, and your organisation can turn them off.

During the pilot, LexHouse also keeps the questions you ask in Ask and the reasons you give when you send something to legal, to improve the product.
